These terms govern your use of lefleuristenola.com and the services offered on it by Le Fleuriste NOLA LLC (“Le Fleuriste,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, placing an order, reserving a workshop seat, or opting in to text messages, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Using the site

You may use the site for its intended purpose: learning about our work, contacting us, ordering flowers, and reserving workshop seats. You agree not to misuse it — for example by submitting false information, interfering with its operation, or attempting to access areas not intended for you. Everything on the site, including photographs, text, and designs, belongs to Le Fleuriste or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Orders and payment

• Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax and delivery fees are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Square.
• Every arrangement is designed with the freshest seasonal blooms from market, so we may substitute flowers and containers of equal or greater value while keeping the overall look.
• Delivery is made to the address you give us during the window you choose. If nobody is available to receive the flowers, we may leave them in a safe place or with a neighbor, or return them to the studio for pickup.
• Because we go to market for every order, changes or cancellations must reach us by 2 PM the day before delivery or pickup. Orders canceled after that may not be refundable.

Workshops

• A seat is reserved once payment is complete. Seats are held briefly during checkout and released if payment isn’t finished.
• If you can’t attend, tell us at least 48 hours before the session and we’ll move you to another date. Seats canceled with less notice are not refundable.
• If we must cancel a session, we’ll offer another date or a full refund. Workshop photos may be used in our marketing unless you ask us not to.

Text messages

When you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Le Fleuriste may send you messages about your inquiry, order, workshop reservation, or event — for example a proposal link, a delivery update, or a workshop reminder. Messages are sent from a Le Fleuriste number; message frequency varies with your order or event.

• Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You’ll get one confirmation text and nothing further. Reply START to resubscribe.
• Help. Reply HELP for assistance, email info@lefleuristenola.com, or call (504) 777-0585.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your information. We don’t sell or share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with any third party for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Consultations and event services

Wedding, event, and En Résidence services are governed by the proposal and agreement you sign with us, which take precedence over these terms where they differ.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided as is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available but can’t promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, Le Fleuriste’s liability for any claim relating to the site or an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Orleans Parish, Louisiana.

Changes

If we change these terms, we’ll post the new version here with a new “last updated” date.
