At Le Fleuriste Nola LLC., we make the process of planning your event as simple and stress-free as possible. Our team of highly skilled designers and event planners will guide you through the entire process, from the initial consultation to the final product. During your consultation, we’ll get to know you and your vision for your special event, so that we can provide you with the most beautiful and customized design plan possible. The Process.
We have streamlined the event booking process to make it as simple and efficient as possible for our clients. To book an event with us, kindly complete the online form below with all necessary details, including the date, time, and location of the event Upon receipt of your request, we will respond within 24 hours to confirm availability and provide a quote. Once booking is confirmed, we will then work closely with you to finalize all the details and ensure that your event is an incredible success. FAQ’s
Do you have a minimum amount for any event?
We do not have a minimum for weddings or events, however, we do have a set of standard pricing for all event items and rentals. These prices are non-negotiable , and our clients don’t mind, because we deliver quality, and they appreciate the work it takes to creatively curate a one of a kind design for their events.
Do you all travel for destination weddings?
Certainly! We are more than happy to travel destination weddings. In fact, we frequently travel to remote hidden gems across Louisiana, as well as to cities such as Dallas, Houston, and Austin. Our team is dedicated to bringing the unique Louisiana culture to wherever our clients are.
Do you offer “day of”, “week of”, or “month of” wedding and event planning, coordination, and execution packages?
Of course. We do offer package pricing for all event planning, coordinating, and executing for all events. Be sure to ask us about this during your initial consultation or include it on the event request form, and we’ll be happy to share more information with you.
Can I rent linens, vases, table decor, etc from Le Fleuriste?
Yes, of course. We have a plethora of inventory for you to choose from and work closely with the top event rental companies in the U.S. if we don’t have exactly the right something that you’re looking for! We’ll work to ensure you have exactly the look that you are envisioning for your special event.
How far in advance do I need to consider booking an event florist and design team?
The Venue. The Food. The Photographer. The FLORIST! Everything definitely adds up, but we’re happy to say that our clients appreciate the time and effort we give on their behalves. Typically, the answer would be 5-6 months before the event date, but we say the sooner the better! We recommend booking your florist at least 9 months in advance of your event. This ensures you get the greatest creative quality from our design team and also that someone else doesn’t snatch the date before you do. We take our jobs seriously, and in order to create magnificent productions, time is always our best ally.
Does Le Fleuriste specialize in large scale designs and installations?
We thought you’d never ask! Large scale designs and installations are just some of our specialties. There’s nothing greater than creating that showstopper design that creates a moment for guests to remember for a lifetime. Creating these moments are an integral part of what we do, and that’s why our clients trust us with free creative expression to curate that one of a kind masterpieces of floral art. Using elements from the natural world, our goal is for guests leave with a conversation piece that is sure to make your event the gala (or small dinner party) of the year!
